Retractive Consulting is proud to provide full civil engineering services for this boutique apartment development located in the heart of Coburg. The project comprises a five-storey residential building featuring a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments—designed to enhance urban living with functionality, sustainability, and compliance in mind.
Our scope of services includes:

Project: 75 Fergus Lane, Cranbourne West – Industrial Warehouse Development
Retractive Consulting was engaged to provide complete civil engineering design services for this modern industrial facility, strategically located in Cranbourne West with convenient access to Thompsons Road, South Gippsland Highway, Western Port Highway, and EastLink.
This development comprises a 526 sqm building footprint, including a 68 sqm office and a high-clearance 9-metre warehouse spanning 458 sqm, all situated on a 968 sqm allotment with 11 on-site car spaces.
Our civil engineering scope included:

Strategically positioned to take advantage of nearby schools, shopping centres, and public transport, this development is designed to deliver a modern residential community with functional infrastructure and seamless integration into the surrounding streetscape.

Retractive Consulting was engaged to provide civil engineering services for the enhancement of the Carrington Park precinct in Knox, supporting a broader community recreation vision that includes the adjacent Leisure Centre and Multipurpose Facility.
The project scope involved enabling works and civil design for:

Construction of 2 new squash courts within a newly built indoor facility

Conversion of an existing tennis court to a dedicated Pickleball court

Relocation and coordination of underground services to accommodate new court structures and drainage requirements
Working within an active recreational site featuring walking parks, a seniors’ exercise zone, 6 tennis courts, 6 squash/racquetball courts, a new playground, and an oval, the civil works were carefully staged to minimise disruption while ensuring safe public access and future serviceability.
